Shipping and Returns FAQs

21. What are your shipping options? Answer: We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days), Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day).

Answer: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with others in your household and nearby areas. In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take an additional 24 hours to arrive. For frequent issues with lost or stolen packages, consider having your package delivered to a work address.

28. What is your return policy? Answer: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, liquids cannot be returned due to their nature.

32. Do you offer refunds? Answer: Yes, we offer refunds for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

33. How long does it take to receive a refund? Answer: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. 

34. Are sale items eligible for returns? Answer: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

35. Can I return an item if I don’t like it? Answer: Yes, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, excluding liquids ( gel polish, top coats, monomer, primer, nail prep and in those nature.

36. What if I need to cancel my order? Answer: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

37. Do you offer warranties on your products? Answer: Yes, we offer warranties on certain products like nail lamps and drills. Please refer to the product description for warranty details. We also work with a 3rd party company that is CPS. Which is shown when adding to cart a lamp or drill. They'll send you a message with the warrenty and how to file a claim if needed. Our in house warranty is only 45 days of getting the item. 

38. How do I file a warranty claim? Answer: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the issue you are experiencing. They will guide you through the process.

40. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Answer: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address for you.

41. My product is not working properly or not working? Answer: If your experiencing problems with lamps, drills and is under 45 days since arrival you are entitles for an exchange of lamps or drill or store credit or refund if under 30 days. In this cases only we will pay for the shipment back to us. Once you submit your videos and pictures of the prof we will send you a pre-paid label to your email with all the information. Please send us a detail information of what is wrong with your order number.
