How to apply: Use a Builder gel and lightly sprinkle on top of it and cure for a textured surface. For non-textured, pick up a dab of Crystal Clear and, with that dab pick up the glitter and apply it to the nail or mix in Crystal Clear. Note: color may be different due to lighting in pictures.
